Courtesy: MicroPower DirectThe MG200E miniature 2W dc/dc converters from MicroPower Direct are designed for board level power applications that require small space size, robust operation, high input/output isolation levels and low cost.

Twenty-one models operate from inputs of 3.3, 5, 12 or 24 V dc and provide single and dual outputs of 5, 9, 12, 15, 24, ±5, ±9, ±12, or ±15 V dc. Features include an input/output isolation of 1,500 V dc, efficiency as high as 85%, and low noise operation. The MTBF (per MIL HDBK 217F) of the MG200E series is greater than 3.5 Mhours. All models are RoHS compliant.

The MG200E family is packaged in a miniature, Mini-DIP case that measures only 0.787 x 0.394 x 0.323 in. The pin-out is industry standard and all case materials meet UL94-VO. Each model is specified for operation over the wide operating temperature range of -40 C to +85 C with no derating or heat sinking required.
