Modular stand-alone hub
This stand-alone active hub is modular, expandable and supports all standard topologies.
The X20 stand-alone hub, part of the X20 slice I/O series, can be sued as a 4x or 6x active hub because of its modular design. Besides standard Ethernet, the modular hub system can also be expanded with an X20 Bus controller module with an integrated 2x hub for Ethernet POWERLINK. This allows remote I/O to be connected directly to the hub. Star, tree or line — POWERLINK supports all standard topologies. The real-time capability is optimally adapted to meet machine design requirements.
