Moog, Whittaker enter teaming agreement

North Hollywoood, Ca. - Moog Inc., Industial Controls Div., and Whittaker Controls Inc. jointly announced on May 13, 2002 that they have entered into a teaming agreement in order to maximize their penetration into the industrial gas turbine market.

North Hollywoood, Ca. – Moog Inc. , Industial Controls Div., and Whittaker Controls Inc. jointly announced on May 13, 2002 that they have entered into a teaming agreement in order to maximize their penetration into the industrial gas turbine market.

Moog, located in East Aurora, N.Y., designs, develops, and manufactures-among other products-hydraulic and electromechanical actuation products. Wittaker, based in North Hollywood, designs, develops, and manufactures liquid and gas process control valves.

Both companies intend to increase their market share in the large frame, small frame, and aeroderivative gas turbine segments of the power generation and gas compression markets.
