Motor testing system
The Micro Dyne System is designed specifically for testing micro, low-torque motors, resolving to 0.0004 mN%%POINT%%m on a 2 mN%%POINT%%m scale. It has a maximum kinetic power rating of 4 watts and a maximum speed rating of 100,000 rpm. The system includes a Hysteresis dynamometer; a motor fixture; an electronics unit featuring a dynamometer controller, a wattmeter, a power relay and a USB interface; testing and calibration software; and connection cables and calibration weights. It’s suitable for testing motors used in robotics and automation, aerospace and defense, and instrumentation and industrial machinery, among other applications.
