Painted steel wall plates are an alternative to nylon or stainless steel plates, and are available with multiple gangs and in common configurations. The painted plates are made from .031 cold rolled steel with a powder coat finish paint process in either almond or gray colors. The new plates come with a gloss-finish, beveled edge and with packaged painted screws sold either individually or in a carton quantity. Terminal blocks are RoHs compliant and include multiple technology of spring and screw clamp, fixed and pluggable wiring, single and double level, and industry compatible pluggable versions at a low cost. Made with UL 94V0 housings, the blocks feature nickel-plated metal bodies, captive metal parts and are available in sizes ranging from 2 to 24 positions. The pin spacing for the new PCB terminal block offering is from 3.5mm to 10.16mm with all of the standard sizes in between.
