Emergency power system supply testing and reporting system is designed to meet Joint Commission requirements. System provides secure, certified record of all EPSS activities through a single web-based application, and is compatible with other manufacturers' equipment, including legacy switches and generators and existing IT infrastructure. Testing of generators and automatic transfer switches, at single or multiple sites, can be completed remotely, as can report generation.

Natural-gas generators expand manufacturer's existing line of liquid-cooled commercial products, with new high-speed value models featuring 20 kW to 45 kW outputs and 3,600 rpm operation, and lower-speed models feature 18 kW to 45 kW outputs and 1,800 rpm operation.

Interface module is designed as an add-on to manufacturer's network-connected data acquisition and alarming products. Unit offers eight isolated, high-resolution, 16+ bit, universal bipolar analog inputs, increasing overall channel count to a possible 128 total inputs. The add-on connects to existing data-logging device with standard CAT 5 cable, allowing it to be positioned up to 30 ft. away.

Motor control center offers features to help prevent injury from electric shock, arc-flash burn and arc-blast impacts. Units include an insulated, horizontal bus, an insulated labyrinth vertical bus, shutters to isolate the vertical bus and finger-safe components. Optional remote-operated racking device allows operators to advance and retract stabs from up to 25 feet away. Other features allow safe access with exposure to the main bus voltage.

Switching AC-DC power supplies are appropriate for all general-purpose applications. Units feature a standard 90- to 264-volt universal input and a two-year warranty, and provide for a range of output voltages and other specifications to meet each customer's needs. Manufacturer's ALS series is best suited for 30 watt to 75 watt applications, while AWSP series is designed for 40 watt to 150 watt uses. Models also are available with power-factor correction standard.

Systems include intelligent fuse and circuit-breaker monitors and wireless mesh routers, which enable remote web-based access.

UPS system is designed to meet needs of semiconductor fabrication, process-control, manufacturing and industrial applications with N+1 redundancy and a scalable platform. The hardwired units support connection to any 208-240 volts AC single-phase, 2-wire plus ground power source. Models are available to support single, isolated 208-240 volts AC, 2-wire plus ground source, and isolated 240/120 volts AC split-phase 3-wire plus ground output. Units can be connected in parallel up to 24 kVA, communicating via a proprietary high-speed bus.

Falcon Electric Circle 462

Power meter is designed to replace analog units and can be used for stand-alone metering in custom panels, switchboards, switchgear, gensets, motor control centers and UPS systems. Units can be mounted without tools and feature mounting depth of 50 mm, and integrate with manufacturer's existing energy-management systems. Tracked variables include power, demand, energy, power factor and frequency, with IEC certification for basic sub-billing and cost allocation. Remote monitoring and control capabilities are included, along with 15 user-configurable alarms.

Inverter phase-check module enables rapid checking of inverter-controlled air-conditioning equipment. Unit instantly analyzes problem scenarios to determine whether inverter or compressor is at fault. Product fits easily in toolboxes, with an optional kit of connector leads, and is CE approved for use with up to 440 V, 3-phase inverters.

Monitoring and alternating relay line includes models for phase monitoring, voltage monitoring current monitoring and alternating-control capabilities, in both AC and DC settings. Units also can be customized to fit application requirements, including fixed settings, remote adjustments and special pin configurations.

Insulation testers offered in 5 kV and 10 kV models. Base model provides five preprogrammed test voltage and includes an automatic polarization index, step voltage, dielectric discharge and dielectric absorption ratio tests, with data storage and downloading capabilities.
