Divelbiss Corporation’s VB-2XXX base OEM controllers have IoT and telematics connectivity and flexibility for interfacing and controlling equipment, communicating with various serial bus protocols, and logging system data. Featuring open-board construction, the controller is mounted with DIN-rail and has 12 digital inputs, 3 high speed counter inputs, 8 digital outputs rated for 2A each, 7 analog inputs which are user configurable, and 1 analog output. Digital and analog I/O, such as thermocouple inputs may be added using plug-in expansion boards.

The controllers feature one RS232 serial port and one RS485 serial port which are directly programmable via the Structured Text programming language, allowing the implementation of custom protocols, which makes them ideal for communicating to bar code scanners, RFID readers, or other serial devices. The controllers can support supply voltages from 8 to 32 V dc and has a wide operating temperature ranges of -40 to 80 C, making it suitable for use in applications with extreme environmental requirements. The controllers are designed for the mobile, industrial, environmental, agricultural, and construction industries.
