Chicago – Better control software is the goal. PLCopen is touting the benefits of using products from companies that are members of its organization, saying that “PLCopen member companies are committed to control software standards to improve control engineering quality and productivity.” PLCopen North America is among exhibitors at Pack Expo 2008 .PLCopen says it helps member companies improve automation programming efficiency and productivity of control engineers.
