Cut the chatter
ChatterMD is a PC-based software suite for real-time monitoring, diagnosis, analysis, and control of rolling mill vibration and chatter. It simultaneously alarms, isolates, identifies, tracks, trends, and analyzes hundreds of potentially different 3rd and 5th octave mill chatter vibration sources. It is used to optimize mill speed, improve product quality, and reduce scrap. The software operates under Windows 95/98 or Windows NT/2000.
Free software includes design tools and video
CD Resource Guide is a copy of the company's web site featuring product information, cut sheets, and technical information. It also offers a free download of Visio Design Tools software, along with the AutoCAD add-on, as well as a computer-animated demonstration video. The CD Resource Guide is free.
Program establishes best practices
Productivity Solution version 1.2 is the next level of operational effectiveness software to establish best practices in manufacturing plants. It is based on a model created and field tested for a decade to achieve operational effectiveness. The model is used to create a holistic suite of applications that represent domain-specific best practices. The software enables users to save money because of lower fixed and variable costs, less product giveaway, better plant capacity utilization, and improved mechanical reliability.
Software manages MSDS and EPA reporting
TERMS software electronically manages MSDS and prepares reports, such as EPA-approved Form R, Tier II, and EHS. Its features include VOC and HAP identification and tracking, CERCLA spill report, and a universal MSDS input module. Multiple user access to MSDS is available through the internet or intranet. The software includes multiple filter, search, and security features.
