Oak Brook, IL—Aberdeen Group and Control Engineering are seeking participants for a benchmark surbey that will examine drivers, strategies, and enablers for achieving manufacturing excellence, and integrating its capabilities into the business and supply chain.


Oak Brook, IL— A benchmark survey examining drivers, strategies, and enablers for achieving manufacturing excellence, and integrating its capabilities into the business and supply chain, is seeking participants. Target audience includes executives and managers from manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, and information technology. The study will be marketed to decision-makers and is expected to reach more than 1 million value chain executives.

Conducted Aberdeen Group and Control Engineering , this study is based on the premise that chemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and natural products companies are leveraging new strategies and solutions to respond more rapidly to changing market demands and customer requirements. Building on the success of internal continuous improvement programs, these companies are designing flexibility into manufacturing processes and extending regulatory compliance audit capabilities to their customers.

“Process Manufacturing Excellence: Strategies for the Plant Floor and Beyond” will examine several key questions, including:

  • How are leaders are becoming more responsive to changing market demands?

  • What strategies are being implemented to improve manufacturing flexibility?

  • To what extend do today’s technology solutions deliver on the vision of a single dashboard to manage manufacturing proactively?
