Collect multifunction vibration data
The Vibscanner lightweight data collector features built-in sensors for 10 important machine parameters, including vibration acceleration and displacement and velocity according to ISO standards. Also measured is shock pulse for bearing damage and lubrication condition, pump cavitation, process parameters, inspection codes, temperature, and rpm.
Bin tilters save backs
Bin tilters for ergonomic work positioning come in 2000-lb and 4000-lb capacities with 87-deg of tilt. Two portable models handle bins, two portable straddle models handle pallets, and two stationary models handle containers. Portable models are equipped with 12 Vdc power units with a built-in charger. Stationary models operate from 120 Vac.
Duct tape handles HVAC applications
Scapa 146 is a laminated polyethylene cloth duct tape single coated with a high-tack, natural rubber adhesive that is designed to bond well to metal ductwork and other materials for demanding HVAC and industrial bonding applications. It provides good adhesion over a wide range of temperatures. It will not twist or curl during application and is easily torn by hand.

Flat top belt has small pitch
Series 1200 Flat Top belt combines heavy-duty belt strength with the advantages of small-pitch product handling. It easily withstands the most extreme pulls encountered in heavy-duty applications due to its robust design and specially engineered plastic resin. The belts' strength and stiffness allow longer, single-belt runs.
Controller connects to Ethernet
iSeries temperature/process controllers connect directly to an Ethernet network with a standard RJ-45 connector and can send and receive data in standard TCP/IP packets. This makes it possible to monitor and control a process through a web browser from anywhere in the world. Units can send e-mail alerts and update status.
