Robosuit all-enveloping suit coated with DuPont Dow Hypalon chlorosulfonated polyethelene protects vital parts, reduces maintenance, and increases automation uptime. Developed by Charles Tur, founder of Roboworld, the product is intended to cover robots in a heavy gauge material suit to protect them without restricting movement. Material offers strength, durability, flexibility, chemical resistance, and colorability to enable the suit to resist dirt and abrasion while keeping equipment clean inside. Robosuit incorporating Hypalon comes in standard 17 oz fabric for such applications as water jet spraying, painting, and die lubrication, and in heavy duty, 35-oz fabric for more damaging conditions.
