Holliston, MA – American Lewa offers a full line of high pressure, zero-leakage process pumps that have no dynamic seals or bearings in contact with the process fluid, provide double containment, high reliability, and meet API 675 standards. The pumps feature two PTFE diaphragms sandwiched and hydraulically balanced to operate as a backup for each other, thereby providing double containment with zero leakage, run-dry tolerance, and overload protection. The pumps are hermetically sealed with no sliding plunger seals to adjust or maintain. They are said to offer long life with lowlife-cycle costs. Seven sizes are available from 25 to 47,000 gph against pressure from 250 to 17,000 psi with a flow adjustment range of 100:1.
