Sealevel's Relio R4 industrial computer can be used with applications requiring flexible I/O configurations in a compact 1U rackmount design. Courtesy: Sealevel Systems Inc.Sealevel's Relio R4 I/O server comes with a choice of Intel dual-core Atom, Core i3 or Core i7 processor. The system can be applied in remote monitoring, test and measurement, and data acquisition. The Relio R4 system comes with dual gigabit Ethernet, five USB 2.0 ports, one RS485 and two RS232 serial ports, DisplayPort and VGA video. Two I/O expansion slots are accessible through the rear of the enclosure that enable real-world analog I/O configurations such as A/D inputs, 0-20 mA inputs, thermocouples, RTD inputs, and 4-20 mA outputs. Optically isolated inputs, relay outputs and additional serial interfaces are also available. The R4 system operates from a 2.5-in. SATA solid-state disk (SSD). It can be integrated and preloaded with 32-bit or 64-bit versions of Microsoft Windows or Linux operating systems. The rackmount system is powered by external 18-36 V dc and is rated for a 0-50 C operating temperature range.
