The RCP series of single- and two-stage reciprocating compressors feature a solid cast iron cylinder, crankshaft and valve plates, and ranges from 2 to 20 hp. The compressors are engineered with balanced pistons and crankshafts for quiet operation with low vibration transmission, and the aluminum heads and coolers with deep fins facilitate heat dissipation. Oversized main bearings and automotive style replaceable insert bearings are included to provide durability. Each compressor is mounted on an ASME-certified, powder-coated receiver tank, sized for that unit’s air flow and pressure requirements.
