Advantech’s SUSIAccess 3.0 management software comes with web-based structure, SW/HW monitoring, and map-view interface. SUSIAccess 3.0 aims to accelerate the adoption of device designs and ensure manageability, security, and connectivity. SUSIAccess 3.0 has a web-based structure that focuses on Console-Server-Agent connection for cloud management. Administrators can perform equipment status and maintenance checks on through an internet browser using any connected device. The Server-Agent connection has been altered to fit the MQTT communication protocol.

SUSIAccess actively monitors device temperatures, fan speeds, voltages, and the states of hard disks and other hardware. SUSIAccess 3.0 has added a software monitoring function to oversee program status. Active alerts will be sent out if any abnormalities are observed and SUSIAccess can execute related actions to keep operations running normally. SUSIAccess 3.0 provides map-view interface using Google and Baidu maps to help administrators manage their devices. SUSIAccess 3.0 also provides building diagrams to help pinpoint device locations in offices and factories.
