Sage advice: MAS communities connect customers, partners with business experts

Sage North America has launched Sage MAS Online Community, a new resource for Sage MAS ERP solutions users, business partners, and developers to connect, exchange ideas, and share insight. The community houses interactive forums and expert blogs, and offers networking opportunities and best practices tips.

Sage North America has launched Sage MAS Online Community , a new resource for Sage MAS ERP solutions users, business partners, and developers to connect, exchange ideas, and share insights on Sage MAS solutions.
This community is the latest in the growing number of online forums hosted by Sage that are focused on serving users of its business management software and services. The communities seek to improve the overall experience of customers by empowering easier and more interactive communications among themselves, and with Sage personnel.
The newest community houses interactive forums and expert blogs, and offers networking opportunities and best practices tips. Forums and discussion threads are divided by product for Sage MAS 90 and 200, Sage MAS 500, and the Sage MAS 90 and 200 Extended Enterprise Suite. The community also has a Partners Only Forum and a Developers Forum to accommodate the interests of these special groups.
“The launch of our Sage MAS Online Community gives an added voice to our customers and the business partners and add-on solution developers of our most popular ERP product lines,” says Himanshu Palsule, an executive VP with the Sage Business Management Division. “The Sage MAS Online Community will be an important resource for our product and business experts to keep close to customers and deliver an exceptional experience for businesses working with Sage and our products.”
