Sensors Expo Spring 2001 will feature more than 200 exhibitors, conference presentations, and an interactive poster session.

More than 200 companies are expected to exhibit products and services at Sensors Expo Spring 2001 on June 5-7 at the Stephens Convention Center (Rosemont, Ill.)

Free conference sessions include "Workshop on Wireless Sensing" from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on June 4; "Assessing the Risk of Innovation" from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on June 7; and an interactive poster session from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on June 7.

The show's keynote speaker will be Dr. Harley Thornton, technology director of the Space Science Enterprise, NASA (Washington, D.C.), who will discuss how sensor-systems technology helps NASA achieve its goals and how companies can partner with NASA to jointly develop technologies. The keynote will be delivered at 12:15 p.m. on June 5 in the 2nd Floor Conference Center.
