Calibration system is field-rugged, portable, and requires little maintenance. It is used in the manufacture, inspection, validation, and recalibration of mass flow controllers, flow meters, and other flow equipment in the 5 sccm to 50 slpm range. Broad turndown ratio allows three interchangeable flow cells to cover the entire range, minimizing initial investment, and maintenance costs. In addition, the modular nature of the device lets a user begin with one flow cell, then add other cells as resources allow.

Calibrators provide primary NIST traceability, are manufactured under ISO 17025 certification, and are CE approved. This unit offers data logging, digital communications, and interval operation, and requires minimal training for flowmeter verification and calibration. Applications include those in metrology, semiconductor, analytical, medical, and pharmaceutical fields.
