Simulation software upgrades

Upgrades to two control application and simulation software packages include MatLab 7 and Simulink 6. MatLab 7 provides new tools for rapid, iterative program creation, built-in support for integer and single-precision floating-point math, and language features that allow the user to manage and work with larger data sets. Simulink 6 software for simulation and embedded system development brings model-based design to complex projects, encompassing large models and multiple design teams. Both programs are available for Microsoft Windows, UNIX/Linux, and Macintosh systems.
