Phoenix Contact’s new ILC 1×1 compact controllers make advanced control options available for small- to medium-sized systems. The ILC 1×1 series is the latest controller in the ILC family.

The ILC 1×1 controllers support the Modbus TCP protocol. This means the user can configure and commission in just two steps, no additional programming required.

They also feature an SD card slot. The optional SD card allows the user to increase the flash memory size up to 2 GB. This is ideal for data logging applications, and makes it easier to integrate advanced features via function block libraries into the controller.

The ILC 1×1 series is part of Phoenix Contact’s “Easy Automation” system. Easy Automation combines the IEC 61131-based PC Worx software, the ILC 1×1 series programmable controllers and the WP series Webpanel HMI operator panels. Together with the Inline I/O system and Factoryline Ethernet infrastructure components, the system provides easy and affordable automation for a wide range of applications.
