The symbol clarity and enhanced audio/video are designed to improve productivity and efficiency. The free-form, drag and drop ladder editor allows the Cscape software to provide hundreds of functions to support conversion, string handling, advanced math, flow control, data logging, and more. With Cscape, users can simplify screen development while designing control logic. Screens can be called up from ladder logic, or operate independently. Users can also customize I/O applications easily and quickly with straightforward built-in and remote I/O. Enhancements include password-protected objects for enhanced security measures and up to 256 available audio files. Animated switches have been added for greater variety and the software has
Modbus user datagram protocol (UDP) and master/slave protocol support. Other features include transparency with the SVG-based switches and trend object historic replay that allows a variable timebase.
