Victaulic's Series 461 stainless steel butterfly is designed for the HVAC and portable water markets and is rated for cold and hot portable water service. The Series 461 stainless steel butterfly is designed for the HVAC and potable water markets. The Series 461 valve is NSF 61/372 approved to meet the new low-lead requirements, and is rated for cold and hot potable water service. Series 461 valves are designed for pressures ranging from full vacuum to 300 psi and for bi-directional, dead-end services to full working pressure. The stainless steel valve features a patented seat design, made popular by the Victaulic Series 761 butterfly valve, which assures full 360-deg sealing. The valves are available in 3- to 8-in. sizes.
