Stay informed with e-mail newsletters

A few years ago, e-mail communication was a luxury. These days, it's a necessity. It's usually easier to reach someone via e-mail, rather than play voice-mail tag for days or try to track someone down via pager or cell phone. With e-mail, the message gets sent, once, and it gets to where it needs to be—in front of the user.

What better way for Control Engineering to better serve its readers and deliver pertinent, timely automation information than through this most timely of media?

Control Engineering E-News

Over the past few months, you may have received a copy of Control Engineering E-News , part of Control Engineering 's growing Internet initiative. These e-mail newsletters began in January with a general newsletter, then started branching out into our editorial channels in February with Process Control E-News and PC-based Control E-News . Next likely to launch are Motors, Drives, & Motion Control E-News and Instrumentation E-News, with more expected.

Each of these newsletters are tailored to its editorial channel and written by that channel's editor. Every month, the editor compiles breaking news, interesting developments, new products, upcoming events, and other helpful bits of information and presents them all in an easy-to-read format, with hotlinks to additional information at www.controleng.com and elsewhere on the web.

Fieldbus Facts

In addition to the channel newsletters, Control Engineering produces Fieldbus Facts , a fieldbus newsletter sponsored by the Fieldbus Foundation (Austin, Tex., www.fieldbus.org). This monthly newsletter contains important news, standards updates, application stories, and upcoming events related to fieldbus and the Fieldbus Foundation.

How to subscribe
