MXview from Moxa provides tools for monitoring and diagnosing industrial Ethernet networks via a Web browser.

Moxa introduces a Web browser based network management system called MXview, which is intended for industrial automation and control applications. MXview provides network management tools for monitoring and diagnosing industrial Ethernet networks. The new system boosts operational stability and efficiency, and lets administrators easily maintain and upgrade an arsenal of Ethernet switches at the same time.

MXview is a server-based network management system that analyzes, monitors, and configures local and remote network connections. MXview will auto-discover all Moxa managed Ethernet switches connected to a network, then allow users to create an easy-to-understand diagram that clearly shows how the switches fit into the network topology. In addition to topology mapping, the integrated software system also allows device configuration, network diagnosis for rapid network troubleshooting, accurate and efficient event management, and the generation of trending graphics and performance reports. MXview software can be downloaded for free from Moxa’s Website.
