Support, service survey on CE website soon

Is post-sale support and service lacking in your discipline or region? Is it due to a lack of organization following mergers and downsizing; inadequate commercial hardware and software; or suppliers not understanding users’ needs? Well, here’s your chance to let us know about it.

For three weeks starting on Feb. 4, 2001, Control Engineering will add a prominent link to its www.controleng.com website that will connect you to an in-depth support/service survey. We’re asking readers/ users to invest a few minutes, and provide feedback on their experiences.

Results will be reported in the June 2001 issue of Control Engineering , where respondents and other readers can learn how their support and service compares to their peers. Also, respondents that complete the survey and provide name and contact information, will be entered in a drawing for one of five $200 e-gift certificates.
