With TED/YTED and ETTN/YTTN ranges, Baumer provides robust measuring instruments for pressure and temperature control for process management. The stainless steel devices are suitable for severe industrial environments. Based on microprocessor technology, devices of both series can be programmed on site using code protected keys. They have two threshold outputs, PNP transistors, or galvanic isolation. The output signal can be analog (4-20 mA) or digital (RS-485 Modbus). The devices are suitable for vacuum and absolute or gauge pressure measurements up to 400 bar. TED devices are available for different pressure connections and come in a 300-degree swiveling version. YTED pressure switches are offered with safety modules as complete ATEX intrinsic safety-approved systems for hazardous areas. To process the threshold, the device must be connected to a safety barrier placed in a non-hazardous area.
