College Station, TX— To improve real-time communication for network control centers, help desks and call centers, &AHREF=’HTTP: www.txdigital.com?>Texas Digital Systems Inc. (TDS) released May 5 its FlexView real-time, network-attached LED display panels. FlexView features TDS’ patented 11-color capability, audible tones, 160° viewing angle, multiple channels with individual message destinations, and legacy serial connectivity.

FlexView displays also support enhanced features, such as variable font sizes (1.5-6 in.), static and/or animated graphics, and .wav files that can be uploaded using TDS’ QuickCOM Enterprise software. FlexView displays increase communication speed via integrated Ethernet (TCP/IP) connectivity, which allows users to plug directly into an existing network without costly installation or set-up fees. FlexView displays are individually IP-addressable and are DHCP-compliant to offer the most flexibility for network implementation. Integrated with TDS’ QuickCOM Enterprise real-time messaging and alert communication solution, FlexView displays visually deliver real-time, critical system status information from ACD systems, help desk packages, mainframes, automation packages, network-monitoring packages, ODBC databases and serial data sources.

‘FlexView is an excellent complement to TDS’ QuickCOM Enterprise alert communication software, and together they offer a complete solution for businesses seeking to elevate communication within their organization,’ says Chuck Bartlett, TDS’ senior sales and marketing VP.
