Lenexa, KS – The T21 is a flow switch that is capable of detecting both liquid and gaseous flow. The device that uses a thermal differential technique to detect mass flow by sensing changes in heat transfer characteristics of the media is available in insertion lengths from 2 to 120 in. Available in 316L stainless steel and Hastelloy C, it can monitor lows as low as 0.5 ft/sec for gases. The unit can be used in harsh environments with process temperatures up to 392°F and pressures of 3,000 psig. It is packaged in a rugged CSA- and CENELEC-certified enclosure for use in hazardous areas.
