The Panel 800 PP882 and PP885 operator interface panels by ABB feature quick response time and sharp, brilliant displays to improve operator visualization of processes. Courtesy: ABBABB's Panel 800 PP882 and PP885 operator interface panels provide improved process visibility through larger screens, sharper displays, quicker access to multiple applications and an easy to use and navigate touchscreen interface.

This release also includes a Control Network (MMS) driver for ABB's AC 800M controller, ABB TotalFlow driver and new version of the configuration tool.

Panels PP882 and PP885, with 12.1 in." and 15.4 in." display sizes respectively, are both equipped with high-resolution widescreen TFT/LED backlit, touchscreen displays with 262,000 colors. The wider display provides a bigger visualization area, making these panels ideal for viewing large and detailed process screens, without compromising optimal readability. Backed by a high-performance processor and an increased application memory of up to 1.4GB, these panels can handle applications with 3,000 communications tags and 10 drivers or controllers.

The PP882 and PP885 panels are equipped with IP65/IP20 front/rear casings, enabling them to withstand operating temperatures from -10 up to 50 degrees Celsius.

They are designed to provide intuitive, fast response rates, ready-to-use templates and libraries, multiple language support and other built-in functions such as displaying and controlling text, dynamic indication, time channels, alarm and recipe handling. They can be used with other ABB systems, as well as third party control systems.
