Turck buys remaining half of InterlinkBT from Banner

Minneapolis, MN—Turck Inc. has acquired 100% of the shares of InterlinkBT, which it reports is one of North America’s most successful industrial networking companies. InterlinkBT was originally established six years ago as a joint venture between Turck and Minneapolis-based Banner Engineering Inc.

Minneapolis, MN— Turck Inc. has acquired 100% of the shares of InterlinkBT , which it reports is one of North America’s most successful industrial networking companies. InterlinkBT was originally established six years ago as a joint venture between Turck and Minneapolis-based Banner Engineering Inc.

Turck adds that purchasing InterlinkBT will allow users to benefit from their combined sensing, connectivity, networks and interface technologies in achieving their automation goals. Organizers report that acquiring InterlinkBT’s products and support resources will establish Turck as the North American source and market leader for sensing, connectivity, networks and interfaces. They add that customers can expect that same quality of products and support in an expanding offering of automation technologies.

Turck manufactures sensors, measurement, instrumentation, connectivity and intrinsically safe products. InterlinkBT produces bus network I/O, interfaces, and connectivity solutions.
