Güdel’s ZP-6 and ZP-7 two-axis linear modules are designed to deliver 25% more payload capacity and meet the needs of heavy payload materials handling applications. They are available in Y axis lengths to 100m and can be configured with multiple Z axis arms. Other features of the ZP-6 and ZP-7 include a quick-change Güdel cam followers for easier maintenance and beams with narrower cross sections that fit smaller spaces. It has machined pockets for guideways to provide additional security and an aluminum carriage that requires less Z extrusion and lower ceiling height for same stroke. With improvements to payload capacity, design for maintainability and high-quality Güdel parts, the new heavy-duty models of the ZP family line extend the reach of most applications. Güdel ZP two-axis linear modules come in seven sizes. Multiple carriages can be independent or linked, and options include a rotary axis and telescopic vertical axis.
