The LEDLB-24E-UV-365NM ultraviolet LED light for curing applications and is designed to provide operators a cost effective alternative to 400 watt UV bulbs used for curing coatings and primer. Courtesy: Larson ElectronicsThe LEDLB-24E-UV-365NM ultraviolet LED light bar is IP68 rated UV LED light bar, which makes it waterproof to three meters and produces a powerful ultraviolet light beam with a peak of 365-nanometer wavelength. This ultraviolet emitter features twenty-four five-watt UV LED emitters producing 12.5 mW/cm2 each when measured at 12”, and are paired with high purity optics to produce a wide spreading flood beam or a tightly focused spot beam. The LEDLB-24E-UV-365NM is capable of effectively curing objects as its 400-watt metal halide counterpart, without producing heat and a third of the amp draw. These ultraviolet lights have a 50,000-hour operational life.
