Unisys expands open-source portfolio via JasperSoft BI agreement

Unisys will deliver JasperSoft -certified business intelligence (BI) consulting services to organizations looking for professional reporting and data analysis functionality, giving users a full range of BI capabilities.
The JasperSoft business intelligence suite delivers production reporting, interactive reporting, data analysis, and data integration. This includes ad-hoc interactive reporting, production pixel perfect reporting as well as scheduling and distribution.
Unisys will extend these services to existing clients while targeting new enterprise opportunities in financial services, commercial, and public sector markets.
Unisys will add JasperSoft open-source BI to an already strong portfolio of open-source solutions including IT infrastructure and enterprise content management. Both JasperSoft and Unisys are founding members of the Open Solutions Alliance (OSA), an organization committed to delivering enterprise-ready solutions optimized for interoperability.
