Mitsubishi Electric’s one-megawatt (1.05 MVA) 9900C UPS is an on-line double conversion UPS. The 9900C three-phase UPS delivers up to 97% efficiency, which substantially reduces operation and cooling costs, making it ideal for large data center applications. It is scalable up to eight units for N+1 redundancy or N capacity.

The 9900C incorporates Digital Signal Processor and Direct Digital Control (DDC) in order to achieve the full benefits of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs) and the three-level conversion design increases capacitor life for the UPS.

For additional ease-of-use, the 9900C provides a variety of open architecture communications methods as well as an intuitive LCD touch panel to quickly access system status, monitoring and control.
