Grade VC series vacuum motors are designed to survive pressures as low as 10-6Torr. Motors are temperature-rated at 130 °C internal and 105 °C for the case. Bearing lubricant vapor pressure is below-6Torr. Series comes in a variety of frame sizes and in configurations including brushless servo, stepper, hollow-shafted stepper, and rotor nut stepper. Vacuum-rated stepper motors or servo systems reduce mechanical complexity and increase system uptime in transport systems that are commonly used in applications with vacuum ovens and vacuum deposition systems.
