Line of RF test instruments from Keithley Instruments Inc. includes Model 2910 RF vector signal generator, Model 2810 RF vector signal analyzer, and Model 3500 portable RF power meter.

Cleveland, OH —Model 2910 vector signal generator from Keithley Instruments Inc . is the first in a new line of RF test instruments for design, development, and manufacturing processes. Intended to complement existing solutions—such as battery simulation sources, semiconductor characterization systems, and source-measure units—the device simplifies the generation of RF signals. It provides a flexible platform that uses software that can be adapted as test requirements change, and offers rapid frequency tuning, amplitude settling, and waveform switching to reduce test time. Instrument comes with a three-year warranty. Two additional products in this line will debut this summer. They include Model 2810 RF vector signal analyzer and Model 3500 portable RF power meter. Model 2810 complements Model 2910, providing high-speed measurement and modulation analysis. Model 2500 features laboratory accuracy in a handheld device and is intended for measuring average RF power in R&D environments and in the field.Models 2810 and 2910 are broad application instruments suitable for designing and manufacturing mobile and wireless handsets and portable devices, mobile and wireless infrastructure, RF integrated circuits, and RFID devices. Both comply with LXI (LAN eXtensions for Instrumentation) Class C standards. Click here for more on these products.
