VenturCom Inc., a provider of software and services for Windows-based intelligent connected equipment (ICE), announced May 4 that it has acquired Chesapeake Bay Systems (Virginia Beach, Va.). Chesapeake Bay Systems provides consulting and development services that assist OEMs in bringing new products to market, specializing in Windows NT, Windows CE, QNX, and Hyperkernel operating system technologies.
