No matter the angle or orientation of the product coming down the line, Inspector can verify completeness and quality, even if products vary in size as much as 20%, a capability reported to be something no other vision sensor can do.Inspector provides a simple pass/fail output, ensuring only correct product makes it through. It is fast and able to keep up with the quickest line speeds. Applications include verifying label position, date code presence and cap inspection in packaging, and bowl feeder inspection and verification of part assembly.Sick Inspector offers a 384 x 384 pixel resolution and an IP67 metal housing, suitable for tough environments.
