Cambridge , MAThe Value Engineering Alliance announced the addition of a Vision Components VC4XXX series-compatible software option to its Piati family of ECC200 Data Matrix decoding solutions. Piati_SWO was originally supplied as an ActiveX Control, C++ API (DLL), or C API (DLL) for ease of implementation in wintel-compatible environments, and now also available as an Microsoft .Net version. It was developed specifically for organizations and individuals who seek a robust decoding engine to implement in Data Matrix decoding software applications. It serves as an automatic identification component in comprehensive vision application development and implementation environments that include other vision tools and associated functions, or as the heart of their own fully integrated, stand-alone matrix code readers.
