Courtesy: Codian RoboticsCodian Robotics' line of IP69K rated Hygienic Robots for full wash down applications with cleaning solutions are available in work envelope sizes of 800 mm, 1100 mm, and 1300 mm.

The D4 HD family features 316L Stainless Steel and Type 1 Titanium construction, sealed cable gland, sealed motor/gearbox compartments, and watertight construction of main body and rotation axis. 

Sealed compartments allow the use of standard motors and gearboxes, lowering the cost of replacement parts, and allowing standardization of spares with our other robots in the D4 family.  

The combination of resistant construction materials, fast cycle times, and range of work envelope sizes make the D4 HD family ideal for pick-and-place applications like handling meat, fish, and wet food products. It can also handle pharmaceutical and medical devices.
