Engineering and construction firm Arabtec (Abu Dhabi, UAE) has acquired the remaining 45% stake in Emirates Falcon Electromechanical Company (EFECO) (Dubai, UAE), increasing Arabtec's ownership share to 100%. EFECO offers MEP engineering, installation and commissioning services to the construction industry in the Middle East. Link to details
