Smart-Mesh XT wireless sensor networking system is designed to enable OEMs to deliver wireless products that meet industrial requirements for reliability, low power, and ease of installation. Product line consists of motes and managers in the 900 MHz and 2.4 GHz bands. They include the M1030 mote and PM1230 embedded manager in the 900 MHz range. The 2.4 GHz standards-based products, using IEEE 802.15.4 radios, are the M2135 mote and PM2130 embedded manager. Systems are optimized for enterprise-class applications, meeting specifications for harsh environments found in oil refineries, food processing plants, wastewater facilities, pharmaceutical plants, and power plants. Design is suited for Class I, Div. 1 environments and offers vibration resistance and a–40 to 85 °C temperature range.
