Marion, Ind.— VIA Development has released v.16 of its Wiring Diagram electrical design and drafting software. The application is designed to work as an add-on to AutoDesk's AutoCAD system. For customers not wanting to purchase AutoCAD, VIA licenses and includes the AutoCAD engine in a standalone, full-function version of Wiring Diagram.

Marion, Ind.— VIA Development has released v.16 of its Wiring Diagram electrical design and drafting software. The application is designed to work as an add-on to AutoDesk’s AutoCAD system. For customers not wanting to purchase AutoCAD, VIA licenses and includes the AutoCAD engine in a standalone, full-function version of Wiring Diagram. Version 16 includes over 200 new features and enhancements, including the ability to publish and interact with drawings via the Internet. Additionally, improvements have been made to the amount of (now unlimited) and orientation/geometry of the “ladders” used in the drawing.
