A partnership between Activplant and Patni Computer Systems will yield enhanced production performance management services for manufacturers in the automotive, pharmaceuticals & life sciences, consumer packaged goods, and food & beverage industries.

Activplant’s Performance Management System and Throughput Analyzer application offers true visibility to true chronic constraints on the plant floor to improve plant throughput, product quality, and product launches. The focus is on delivering performance management applications that solve industry critical needs such as production throughput that lead to improvements in plant performance.

Throughput Analyzer empowers continuous-improvement teams with a focused attack plan designed for repeatable/rapid deployment, 10-percent to 25-percent throughput improvements, and ROI in as little as two months.
