Phoenix Contact Mini MCR signal conditioning product family is said to revolutionize isolation, conversion, and amplification. Space and installation time savings result from a slim 6.2-mm wide housing, and power options, and hot-swap capabilities.
Universally configurable and dedicated versions of the modules are available to convert signals from RTDs, thermocouples, and various analog sensors. A signal splitter, single and multi-channel, loop-powered modules are also available. Custom configuration of range settings and input types add flexibility.
Modules can be powered by an optional system power supply, power terminal block, and T-foot power bus coupler that mount on the DIN rail. Modules are “hot swappable” by snapping onto the T-foot bus connector without removing bus bars or bridging.
All modules feature choice of screw or spring-cage terminals. They have 3-way 1.5 kV isolation and are UL listed Class I, Div. 2 approved (Groups A, B, C, D).
