Will took control of a failing electronics manufacturing facility in 2010 and has turned it into a successful and modern manufacturing facility through Lean manufacturing practices. He is only the sixth person at his company to earn a 6 Sigma Green Belt, and has worked with in house software engineers to build a manufacturing execution system (MES) that tracks live production, making the shop transparent to the firm and its customers.
FUN FACT: Will served 10 years in the Navy and has a real passion for military personnel and the United States.
