Accu-Sort introduces scanner series

Telford, PA—Accu-Sort Systems recently released its new Axiom 400, the first in a series of high-performance bar code scanners for material handling applications.

Telford, PA— Accu-Sort Systems pplications of up to 600 feet per minute and minimum object spacing of two inches. It can read all common industrial bar codes and incorporates Accu-Sort’s patented data reconstruction technology (DRX) for superior read rates on damaged, poorly printed or skewed codes.

All communication, 10-30 V dc power, and I/O interfaces reside in a removable wiring base, providing easy installation and maintenance. The wiring base is available in two versions, a fully sealed IP-65 version for wash down applications, or a version with D-shell connectors for quick connectivity. Ethernet, as well as all common serial communications are standard features. Optional communication methods include DeviceNet and Profibus.
