Application stories and video on Galil microsite

Rocklin, CA —A new microsite is available from Galil Motion Control where visitors can find current news and products from the company. The site will also offer a ServoTrends newsletter, application notes, tutorials, SmartMoves customer stories, and videos of customer applications.

SmartMoves stories are customer application stories that visitors can download in PDF form and view accompanying videos. One featured video focuses on the water show at the Wynn Hotel in Macau, China, which used Galil to precisely control the numerous water heads. Other applications featured include semiconductor, medical, machine tools, textiles, and entertainment.

The site offers product news and in-depth articles on motion control in its ServoTrend newsletter and tutorials covering specific educational topics like servo tuning, motion programming, motors, and drives. The resources section is where visitors can download software drivers, application notes, product manuals, and tools from the company. In addition, the featured product section will focus on a Galil product with downloadable specifications.

“The purpose of the microsite is to provide the latest and greatest information from Galil in a quicker and easier to navigate format,” said Lisa Wade, VP-Marketing & Sales. “Our corporate site will still exist and the microsite will refer people back to www.galilmc.com for more information about our other products and such.”
