Control logic, proprietary RISC microcontroller, high voltage semiconductors, gate drive circuitry, power supply, overcurrent detection, DC bus capacitor, and mechanical interface all fit on a 3 x 4.25 x 2-in. board weighing less than 3 oz. VSAC 1000-115S250 operates at 115 V ac with input current of 5 A and output power of 250 W. VSAC 1000DC-48S75 accepts 10 to 48 V dc delivering up to 75 W.
